Role Responsibilities
1. 高端客户开发与维护(60%)
• 深度挖掘华北区超高净值客户和潜在VIP客户资源,建立高质量客户数据库。
• 制定并执行个性化客户拓展和维护策略,确保客户满意度和品牌忠诚度。
• 定期与VIP客户保持沟通,了解需求,为客户提供定制化选酒建议和尊享服务。
2. 高端渠道建设与合作(20%)
• 拓展与维护华北区奢侈品渠道、高端会所、星级酒店、私人俱乐部等战略合作伙伴关系。
• 与华北区高端餐饮、精品酒吧和私享会等场所建立紧密合作,提升品牌曝光及产品动销。
3. 品牌推广与体验活动(10%)
• 策划并执行VIP客户专属品鉴会、沙龙、酒窖探访、品牌故事分享会等高端品牌体验活动。
• 协同市场团队,参与华北区高端市场推广活动,提升品牌在VIP圈层中的美誉度。
4. 销售目标与业绩管理(10%)
• 制定并达成华北区VIP客户销售目标及NSV指标,确保销售增长与利润达成。
• 定期进行销售数据分析,洞察客户消费趋势,及时调整销售策略。
Qualifications
• 教育背景: 本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易、酒店管理、奢侈品管理等相关专业优先。
• 工作经验: 10年以上高端酒类、奢侈品、精品酒店或高端客户销售经验,有烈酒行业经验者优先。
• 客户资源: 拥有丰富的华北区高端客户资源和人脉网络者优先。
• 沟通能力: 出色的商务谈判、人际交往及客户关系管理能力。
• 品牌理解: 对高端烈酒文化有浓厚兴趣和专业知识,了解三得利品牌历史与产品系列者优先。
• 结果导向: 强烈的销售驱动力和目标达成意识,具备数据分析和解决问题的能力。
• 语言能力: 流利的中文,具备一定的英文沟通能力。
• 个性特质: 高度自律、抗压性强、对细节有极致追求、具备服务意识和亲和力。
