Role Responsibilities
1、战略执行
1.1实施NKA客户的年度规划,包括销售目标,产品组合策略、定价模型及促销方案,确保与公司长期目标一致
1.2 负责KA自营O2O渠道,小程序以及与 KA客户关联的本地生活平台的运营,包括促销活动设计与执行、平台合作关系维护等
2 客户管理
2.1 维护与传统NKA客户与零食连锁 折扣超市等重点客户的关系
2.2 在产品上新 优质促销资源 货架陈列等重点项目上,争取最优资源
2.3定期分析客户的动销与POS数据,与采购进行销售复盘,发现并解决问题,寻找机会点
3 经销商管理
3.1 加强与经销商的协作,做好进货、出货、库存的预估与管理,尤其是效期品的管理,确保完成销售指标
3.2 定期与经销商进行销售复盘,寻找新的生意机会点
4费用管理
4.1 根据既定规划,合理有效使用费用,按照既定费用目标,控制费比,提高销售产出

5 跨部门合作
5.1 与Trade marketing 加强协作,制定符合渠道特性的渠道活动,确保销售目标达成
