Role Responsibilities

Assist in collecting and organizing monthly sell-out data from key regional distributors for CRM system updates.
Support the preparation of monthly sales allocation sheets for performance evaluation.
Help compile monthly sales reports (Volume & GSV), including YTD comparisons and budget tracking.
Update monthly sales cost application and reimbursement tracking reports.
Assist in preparing data for quarterly and annual business review meetings.
Communicate with regional sales team to gather and verify sales-related data.
Support order management: verifying distributor orders, checking inventory, and updating order tracking sheets.
Help with sample product approvals and regional reporting.
Assist in compiling market reports and coordinating with the logistics team.
Support administrative tasks such as PR payment applications, PO/GR processing, office supply coordination, and travel bookings.
Assist in company event coordination (e.g., annual party, team building, trade fairs).
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
