Role Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and developing customers.
- Create route to market plans for our clients in the independent convenience and grocery channel.
- Make effective use of shelf merchandising utilizing point-of-sale (P.O.S.) and marketing materials, build displays and cut cases, ensuring cleanliness of product, advise stock outs, and provide stock rotation and facing of product.
- Ensure all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across our sales channels.
- Maintain tracking of weekly visits to accounts and provide weekly feedback to direct manager.
- Collaborating with various regional sales and marketing activations such as events, concerts, festivals, bar/restaurant launch parties, trade shows and more.
- Leading sampling events.
- Track competitive activity at store level and report to direct manager.
- Minimum of 8 calls per day - depending on workload
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma.
- Previous retail sales or merchandising experience preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift product up to 15-20 lbs as required.
