Role Responsibilities

  • Reporting
    • Generate standard reports and dashboards with fixed formats to commercial teams
    • Process internal and external commercial data, including RFID data, Nielsen market share data, customer sell-out data and CRM data
    • Report on market execution 6Ps using standard templates from the system
    • Suggest reporting improvements based on commercial user requirements and market situations
    • Ad hoc data collation for sales and marketing team on business performance reporting and discussions.
    • Verifying the accuracy of reports and assisting in correcting any inaccuracies in the business data.
    • Maintain and analyze historical sales data to identify trends and support business planning.
    • Track and analyze sales targets on a daily and weekly basis, providing insights into performance gaps and opportunities.
  • System maintenance
    • Ongoing administrative oversight on CRM system, such as SKU setup, user master-data, user access
    • Troubleshoot user system issues with Global IT
    • Work with Head of commercial and On/Off trade Manager to ensure on time and accurate setup of new items
    • Support new system and process implementation within commercial team

    • Collate SC and sales BI information for monthly financial forecast and annual budget planning.
    • Track timing of promotional activities and utilization of commercial funds.
    • Support commercial performance and business decisions using data insights
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2~3 years in business analysis, commercial administration or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in related software, such as Excel, Power BI
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Both of Korean/English)
  • Report writing and presentation skills.
