Roles Responsibilities
  • Business management role with over responsibility of building strategy to deliver entire P&L and enable the execution of strategy.
  • Leveraging the portfolio of brands and leaning on the marketing & financial strategy
  • Preparation and execution of Emerging Asia GTR strategy to deliver executional and financial performance goals for the region
  • Management of a team of 38 Brand Ambassadors, overall supervision of the region and direct responsibility for management of Key Accounts
  • Monthly review of all P&L metrics with appropriate planning and interventions put in place to ensure the achievement of company goals
  • Lead the strategy and agenda on Brand Ambassador efficiency and optimization across all relevant markets, coaching and developing team to lead to brilliant execution of the BA plan
Role Responsibilities
  • Coaching and developing team to deliver a step change in executional improvements across all key sales drivers to ensure SGS brands are winning at the Point of Purchase
  • Lead trading terms and price negotiations and implement changes with Key Customers
  • Develop annual in-store promotional plans across brand activation platforms, marketing and price investment to deliver on established brand objectives
  • Deliver on RSVP3 goals annually (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion and Persuasion) at Key Account and store level
  • Train and educate buying teams and in store sales staff (including BA's) on our brand portfolios
  • Understand market dynamics, market trends and competitor activity and utilize this information to develop plans that assist in Suntory winning in the marketplace
  • Work collaboratively with the Domestic team to deliver on the best overall outcomes for Suntory Global Spirits, aligning brand and pricing priorities where possible.
Qualifications
  • Graduate/MBA
  • 10 years' experience in Spirits & Beverages Sales or FMCG.
