Role Responsibilities

repare Demand Clinics & Demand Review for ON Trade & OFF Trade Channel : Responsible for managing historical data trend to prepare the Demand Clinic.
Analyze depletions & shipment trends before the Demand Clinics to conduct meaningful discussion related to market performance and situation.
Leverage on analytics (forecast accuracy/bias, market research data....) to identify Risk & Opportunities and drive rational corrective actions on the sales forecast.
Elaborate statistical based forecast to fine-tune baseline demand, and input "blocks" with rational assumption to ensure accurately project with business trend.
Ensure allocation is properly reflected in the forecast with the latest feedback from BHPR (Brand House Portfolio Review). And proceed request to BHPR if sensing any allocation adjustment is required.
Proceed Demand Clinics for ON Trade & OFF Trade : Lead Demand Clinics in volume & value for current Year and Year +1 for both ON Trade and OFF Trade channels.
Ensure the forecast & forecast variance are driven by assumptions and documented as per Global S&OP standards.
Use "Building-Blocks" approach to reflect impact of commercial activities in Demand Clinics (understand trends, promotional activities, new launch plans, cannibalization, etc).
Review & maintain R&O on monthly basis with commercial team.
Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Sales on actions for SLOB (slow-moving items) as identified by Supply Planning Team.
Challenge the forecast and escalate in case of misalignment between the different departments.

Market Activity Review : Host & participate in Market Activity Review (MAR) to understand the latest impact and changes on the drivers (promotion, Innovation...), as those factors serve as important assumption for forecasting.
Incorporate new innovations rolled out into Demand Clinics, with the latest infield timing and projection of market demand.
Systems : Collaborate with COE team and local expert to test and deploy new functionalities/ best practices or troubleshooting of IBP Statistical Forecast (ad hoc projects on system improvement).
Maintain master data related to Demand planning in IBP/SAP.
Ensure the forecast is properly transferred to Finance & Supply for the next steps of the S&OP.

Skills
- ERP Experience (SAP ECC or SAP- IBP)
- High proficient in using MS Excel (advanced) & Office Application
- Proficient in reporting tools like Tableau, analysis, Power Query/Power BI
- Data mining experience
Education/Experience
- At least 5-year experience in demand planning, from Beer/Wine/Spirits industry, beverage or FMCG.
- Bachelor degree required, major in Business or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
Languages
- English (mandatory, fluent in business communication)
- Korean (mandatory, native speaker)
Mobility
- 5% travel (e.g. international workshop)
