Mission of Role
To lead the House of Suntory Brands (Roku & Haku) in Australia, to achieve the annual sales & marketing objectives and drive growth for the business. This role partners with the Global House of Suntory Brand House and the local Suntory licensed team, working closely with Advocacy, Innovation, Finance and Commercialization functions.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and manage annual brand plans and liaise directly with Global Brand House and agencies to develop and deliver programs on time and on budget.
- Plan and deliver 3-year Growth plan in partnership with Global Brand House.
- Contribute to NPD strategies for future growth.
- Develop and execute through the line brand campaigns in partnership with Global Brand House.
- Lead the implementation of media, earned and experiential activity for the brand.
- Build effective working relationship with commercialization teams to gain input, alignment and support on the execution of the brand plans.
- Effective communication of brand standards, plans, strategy and TTL programs to key stakeholders (internal & external).
- Regular brand performance and health reviews, tracking and reporting to identify market opportunities.
- Monthly budget management and review to ensure maximum return on investment for allocated spend.

- 3+ years' experience in consumer marketing environment with proven ability in brand marketing
- Tertiary qualifications (preferably Commerce or Business with Marketing Major)
- Liquor industry experience is valued but not essential
- Knowledge & understanding of experiential activation and On premise activations
- Ability to use creative marketing techniques effectively
- Experience with bringing new product to marketing including cross-functional project team involvement
