Role Responsibilities

  • Actively supports H&S Agenda and activities to improve site safety by:
  • Always following safety guidelines
  • Unsafe Condition reporting and resolution
  • Environment Health & Safety participation
  • Completing all relevant H&S Training
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for operating key assets within the Bottling Hall, conducting line changeovers, machine asset care and packing processes.
  • Responsible for product quality and performing routine QC checks in line with Suntory Global Standards
  • Support Achievement of Production Scorecard KPIs (CTP; OEE; Performance; Labour CPC; CTC; PTC; EOL Audits (RFT); Glass Breakage)
  • Support Continuous Improvement by leading CI project initiatives
  • Uphold excellent housekeeping standards by applying 5S principles and participating in asset care processes, including 5S audits and improvements.

Lean Manufacturing
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement Techniques is desirable
  • Understanding if Asset Care and User Driven Maintenance is desirable
Technical Skills
  • Experience in operating key machinery, preferably within the food and beverage sector
  • Familiarity with Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous.
Education & Qualifications
  • Basic Literacy & Numeracy Skills (or equivalent)
Experience
  • Previous Bottling industry experience is essential
  • Understanding of Bottling Production Processes
