JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team, with a focus on product marketing, digital content, and communications. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and excited to get hands-on experience at the intersection of clean energy, product innovation, and digital marketing-this is the role for you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Marketing
Collaborate with engineering to create and update product documentation and installation manuals.
Track product development timelines and ensure the marketing calendar reflects key milestones.
Assist in preparing for product launches by coordinating internal content readiness.
Website & Content Management
Upload and maintain technical documents, product brochures, and engineering letters on the SnapNrack website.
Ensure product pages are accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate SEO updates in collaboration with digital marketing tools and analytics.
Communications & Content Creation
Draft blog posts covering industry trends, product updates, or relevant SnapNrack news.
Support the development of email newsletters and customer-facing communications.
Contribute to social media scheduling, copywriting, and content development.
Lehi Location Support - Manage marketing inventory and supplies stored in the Lehi office. Maintain a clean, organized marketing area to support team efficiency. Assist with studio setup, filming, and live streaming for marketing videos and events.
Educational and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Bilingual Preferred (English-Spanish)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written communication and proofreading abilities.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable managing physical inventory and assisting with basic video production tasks.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$18.29 to $24.39
