As a Senior Engineer (CNC) in our newly established Stryker factory in Skawina, you will play an important role in shaping our operations. Your contributions will be instrumental in establishing and optimizing CNC processes in our cutting-edge facility. With a focus on ensuring product and process quality, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and driving continuous improvement in CNC specialization, you'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on excellence. Scope of duties

  • Technical Ownership: Technical and operational support for CNC manufacturing operations.
  • Product Transfer/Implementation Specialist: Drive a seamless transition of CNC processes during the ongoing product transfer phase and work on implementation of new projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, operating procedures, and material specifications in our evolving production environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize CNC processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility. Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Documentation and Validation: Contribute to the development of PFEMA, Control Plans, and validate new processes, integrating them with MES/SAP systems

Our expectations

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing/improving CNC processes
  • Proficient in CNC Machining (Swiss turning, milling, CNC grinding)
  • Extensive experience in CNC programming (Fanuc, Sinumerik, Mazatrol)
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T
  • Experience with process validation/PPAP
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE (an advantage)
  • Fluent English writing and speaking is a must
  • Previous exposure to highly regulated environments
