Officer- Private Funds Oversight
Who we are looking for:
This is an Officer role within the Private Funds Oversight team and will be reporting to the Vice President of Private Funds Oversight. This candidate should have experience in the financial service industry with an expertise in accounting. The candidate should also have experience with Cayman structures and past exposure to bank loan products. Regulatory reporting experience is a plus.
What you will be responsible for:
- Day to day oversight of the Cayman bank loan product
- Daily review of reconciliations between custodian and fund administrator
- Action on any breaks by communicating directly with custodian/administrator to resolve
- Review of monthly NAV packages provided by the fund administrator
- Support of quarterly regulatory reporting mandated by the SEC and NFA
- Manage Prime Broker and Fund Administrator relationships

What we value:
- Previous hedge fund accounting experience
- Basic understanding of the bank loan trade settlement process

Education and preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial services
- Bank loan experience
- Deadline oriented
