Who we are looking for

SSGA's Global Funds Management ("GFM") team drives sound fund oversight programs across SSGA's funds and services. GFM is in need of a Content Analyst to partner with global Subject Matter Experts ("SMEs") across business units who review and provide content included on SSGA's websites and fact sheets. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Product Content Analyst you will

  • Manage content on websites and fact sheets globally for new/updated content received from SMEs.
  • Understand impacts of fund events (launches, closings, ad-hoc changes, annual updates) that drive content updates.
  • Perform proactive outreach to SMEs who are responsible for reviewing current content and providing new/updated content for submission to the Content Analyst Team submission to the content management system.
  • Manage content updates according to GFM governance processes and firm compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to governance processes to make sure websites and fact sheets are updated according to fund events, service levels, annual updates, etc.
  • Maintain content management systems to make sure content is submitted in alignment with fund structure and systematic hierarchies.
  • Partner with IT to drive enhancements to content management system, i.e., reporting, system design and dynamics, approach to content management, etc.
  • Produce metrics, reporting requirements, identify trends.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Investment management industry, specifically experience with ETFs and Mutual Funds
  • Mutual Fund, Cash Fund, ETF, UCITS, SICAV experience a big plus.
  • Experience with content management system(s), large-scale document reviews, and a global focus.
