Non-Financial Risk Reporting - Manager

Risk reporting is the process of distributing information and analysis to internal Stakeholders, focused on the disclosure of risk. Risk reporting plays a key role for the Stakeholders in assessing and managing the risk profile of the company. The current position is for Non-Financial Risk reporting and will cover information collation, analysis and distribution of data pertaining to Operational Risk, Technology Risk, and Compliance Risk. The team is responsible to maintain and improve existing reporting and analytics infrastructure using various tools, methodologies and continuously monitoring the Non-Financial Risk profile of the firm.

What you will be responsible for

As an Officer you will be responsible for

  • Report Production
    • Production of risk reports for internal Stakeholders across Operational Risk, Technology and Compliance Risk disciplines.
    • Understand the reporting methodologies and propose improvement opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
    • Work closely with the team to plan production of reports, adapt to changes to reporting timelines and methodologies.
    • Execute the refresh process for the reports that are produced via a BI tool.
    • Work closely with the BI developers to implement changes to the reports as requested by the report users.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Engage with senior stakeholders (Report Consumers) to ensure their reporting needs (Design, Metrics, Methodologies and Frequency) are met.
    • Work with stakeholders on report standardization opportunities to create consistency in report templates, methodology and application of changes.
    • Present Key Performance Indicators and address feedback to show continuous improvement.
  • Business Analysis
    • Understand the Target Operating model of the team and work together with team to realize the short term and long-term goals.
    • Translate stakeholder needs into report requirements for implementation.

  • Ability to understand and collect requirements from Stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting business requirements to identify technical solutions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 -8 years of relevant experience
  • Any bachelor's degree / Post Graduation
  • Certifications on Enterprise Risk Management would be plus.
  • Knowledge on Power BI / Python / Tableau will be added advantage.
