Job Summary
State Street Global Markets Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading and Research is a global principal trading group with trading locations across the Globe, including Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Taipei and Tokyo in the Asia Pac region. We trade foreign exchange and provide macro strategy research to global investment manager and asset owners. The selected individual will rotate through the business functions and be placed on a team upon satisfactory completion of the rotation program, achievement of certain learning benchmarks, and acceptable evaluations by the senior group's management. While rotation is in Taiwan, incumbent will be willing to take an international placement.

- Provide accurate, timely and competitive pricing service to sales staff
- Manage a trading book and generate budgeted revenue
- Work closely with sales and research team to provide quality service to clients
- Conduct pre-/post-trade reports and ad-hoc tasks if needed
- Provide reliable backup and support for other traders within the team if needed
- Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory, ethical and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or 0-3 related working experiences
- Bachelor or above degree with major in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related field
- Detail-oriented, ability to work under high pressure
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Good team player
- Fast learner with strong motivation
- Strong MS excel skills

條件要求
- 應屆畢業生或0-3年工作經驗
- 國內外大學以上學歷, 財金或數理相關科系畢業尤佳
- 細心且抗壓性高
- 良好的中英文溝通能力
- 具有團隊合作精神
- 有熱誠及喜愛學習
- 熟悉MS excel操作
