FIX Support Analyst, Charles River Development, Senior Associate

Summary:
This is a staff position responsible for first line, production support and problem/resolution for Charles River Network clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support team efforts to sustain a "five nines" level of availability for Charles River Network Clients
  • Coordinate with clients, internal Charles River colleagues, and network vendor(s) to facilitate the following service-related functions:
    • problem troubleshooting, support, and resolution
    • on-going changes and enhancement requests
    • for straightforward situations, perform the tasks.
  • Follow departmental procedures to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of service to Charles River Network clients
  • Ensure all Network Services database information and documentation is accurate and current

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or equivalent field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with FIX administration and support
  • 3 years in the securities trading industry is preferred
  • Background in portfolio management and trading system applications is preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a mission critical operations and support environment
  • Some high-level knowledge and understanding of Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Local Area Networks (LAN) is preferred
  • Aptitude for technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills; attention to detail; and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to partner with various internal departments to deliver superior customer service
  • Working Hours - 12pm - 8pm local Ireland
