We are seeking an experienced, driven, self-motivated and team-oriented client service representative to act as a day-to-day contact for cash clients invested in our money market products and work closely with our distribution teams in preparing data and insights to help inform the strategy for our Global Cash Business. In this role you will be able to draw from your previous experiences and further develop your talents through all facets of client service delivery and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as day to day contact for cash clients invested in Liquidity Funds
  • Develop and coordinate client-facing infrastructure, operations and services.
  • Work and build relationships with a number of different teams within SSGA: legal, compliance, finance, product management, portfolio management.
  • Oversee RFP and RFI's for prospects and clients from a business perspective where required
  • Work with Marketing Teams to ensure all materials up to date and appropriately branded
  • Keep abreast of regulation affecting money funds
  • Responsibility for website updates where appropriate
  • Ownership of rebate process
  • Reporting to internal and external parties
  • Assist with preparing and organizing presentations for various meetings and events as required
  • Work closely with the internal and external desks to help support their sales efforts
  • Assist with organisation and planning of conferences
  • Manage relationships with cash portals where required
