Highly visible client-facing role managing complex business queries and supporting a variety of client
business management responsibilities. The role requires proficiency on Enterprise platforms to function as a cross-client subject matter expert with extensive interaction across all internal support functions to enhance the State Street client experience.

The team you will be joining is the Client Service Team within the State Street Investment Services to support clients on State Street Alpha solution. State Street Alpha is the first front-to-back asset servicing platform from a single provider for institutional and wealth management firms. Alpha brings together our clients' choice of real-time data and asset intelligence across the investment lifecycle to help them make better decisions and deliver growth for their clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Client Service Manager, Officer you will
- Manage our assigned Alpha client relationships and sentiment via extensive daily
interaction with client counterparts in maintaining service levels and addressing a wide range
of business issues - Manage the change management administration and communication with clients.
Champion resolution of inquiries to State Street teams and follow through to ensure that
client facing problems and issues are addressed. - Influence opportunities to increase quality, productivity and control related to the service
delivery model in the Alpha space. Spearhead revised policies, procedures and processes. - Influence others in preparing various governance reports for our clients and for senior
management. - Participate in internal sessions to review operational delivery of our key services and
understand risks impacting our services. - Thorough review of monthly BAU invoice, coordinating with teams to ensure accuracy and
completeness, submission of invoice to finance, and sharing invoice and all back up with
client - Demonstrate proficiency as a MyStateStreet.com experience owner and expand expertise
with Enterprise 2.0 and other platforms - Ownership of MyStateStreet escalated issues due to client access to system and reporting.
- Ownership of error tracking and reporting.
- Assistance with various administrative tasks which are beneficial to the operation of the client
service teams.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- University Graduate
- 5-8 years of financial services experience, in operational, technology, product management
or project capacity - Demonstrated strong knowledges in asset servicing and asset management functions
- Experience in middle-office management or servicing is considered a plus
- Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
- Strong team player, self-motivated, ability to work effectively and autonomously
