Job Description
Strong communication skills and technical experience (ie: Java, C++, PL/SQL) to provide application support for Derivatives Hub (DHub) -- a trade processing and accounting application for Over the Counter (OTC) Derivatives, Listed Options and Futures, and Cleared Derivatives products and for Collateral Tracking and Management (CTM) -- an application that receives custody and accounting transactions for collateral movements and matches them against client instructions. The ideal candidate will be able to support multiple development teams and provide subject matter expertise with State Street internal Derivatives Centers of Excellence, across several global locations.

• Technical Support of the applications, builds, and deployment processes.
• Support and manage daily builds in Lower development and testing regions, with monthly builds to BUAT and Production
• Support Development Operations functions e.g., Blackduck, Password Rotations, Veracode, and research and resolution of technical vulnerabilities
• Triaging and resolving application, infrastructure, and end-user issues.
• Collaboration with team members, developers, testers, end-users, and vendors.
• Active participation in the SDLC using Industrialized Agile (SCRUM).
• Implementation of automated solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise to business users, business project resources, developers, and testers
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Technical experience in either C++ , Java, or PL/SQL.
• Self-motivated, self-learning, detail oriented, and highly responsible.
• Ability to triage issues using reverse engineering techniques and a methodical approach.
