Who we are looking for
The role is an application development lead that will be part of the GTS Compliance Technology team working on the Know Your Customer (KYC) application. The role will involve working on the Know Your Customer application, a new vendor-hosted platform. The role will require a strong development and technical background. The candidate will need to have working experience on Data modelling in Oracle/Unix, data warehouse concepts, and Web Services technologies, application architecture and be familiar with AWS Cloud technologies. The candidate must have significant experience working on large development projects. The candidate needs to be familiar with the Know Your Customer regulatory domain.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Application Developer, AVP, you will
- Work with cross-functional teams that include businesses, developers, and testers.
- Develop complex systems including interface definitions with vendor products and associated workflows spanning multiple systems (Screening, Transaction Monitoring, MDM etc);
- Perform development, and integration for data using various languages and tools to create quality solutions for Operational, Domain and Regulatory reports.
- Perform PL/SQL development with RDBMS in data warehousing and OLTP environments.
- Perform Data driven development with non-relational Data sources in data warehousing environments.
- Advocate best practices and improved team processes

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in in technical/application development roles
- Strong experience in Oracle, PL-SQL, Unix;
- Proven technical knowledge of RDBMS and internals.
- Proven experience in different ETL/BI methodologies and techniques.
- Strong experience in KYC systems, data warehousing, reporting and analytics.
- Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
- Knowledge of AWS and other cloud technologies.
- Experience with agile development methodology

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
