Responsibilities

This analyst position will work on a Business Agile team responsible for training curriculum build and facilitation.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials for Life and Investment Planning Services (IPS), including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning objectives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences.
  • Implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and corporate training.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on instructional design principles and best practices.
  • Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect changes in content or technology.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on learning initiatives.
Qualifications

Preferred candidate will have instructional design work experience and high-level proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate 360, and Articulate Storyline. An individual who has created learning content in Simulated Learning Environments (SLE) would be highly desirable. A prime candidate has designed modernized training curriculum using instructional design models such as the ADDIE model, SAM, rapid prototyping, or others.
