Responsibilities

This position is for a Campaign Technical Analyst in the Marketing department at State Farm, aligned to the Campaign Tooling team in the Marketing Tech Management division. Responsibilities of this position would include:
  • Exploring campaign automation tech capabilities and implementing efficient processes within Marketing
  • Assisting with campaign tool integrations within our current martech landscape
  • Researching and driving implementation of CDP technology
  • Implementing asset management tech and content management tech
  • Developing taxonomy definitions and managing content intelligence technology as part of Performance Marketing

Qualifications

Additional Information:
  • Self-motivated individual with experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to learn new tools and apply new skills quickly
  • At least 4-5 years' experience with campaign automation tools, journey build tools and content measurement tools
  • Experience with customer data platform technology
  • Experience with Batch and Real-Time process
  • Experience in AWS environments preferable
  • Data concepts, SQL querying and stored procedures is a plus
  • Experience with tools in the CMS, CCM, DAM and Work flow management.
  • Experience with unified taxonomy definitions and taxonomy management tools.
  • Knowledge of atomic content and content taxonomy is a plus
  • Knowledge of print, email and text marketing channels is a plus
  • Experience with Multi-Channel output creation
  • Experience with architecture for martech tools is preferable
  • Proven high-level of communication capabilities (written and verbal)
  • Ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical resources at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to form good working relationships and influence business partners and vendors to get results
  • Communicate effectively to high levels of leadership
  • Ability to lead and drive work at a rapid pace
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
  • Working knowledge of privacy rules and data impacts; PII data; SPI data
  • Ability to foster innovation, diversity of thought, and incorporate new ideas
