In this role, you'll ensure accuracy and seamless functionality in our systems, directly impacting the continued success of our many restaurants across North America.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep our POS software data accurate and up-to-date for existing and new locations.
  • Enter data for new menu items, recipes, and system updates to drive restaurant performance.
  • Collaborate with teams, vendors, and on-site staff to support timely and efficient completion of objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2+ years in restaurant operations or restaurant IT support, with experience in POS systems required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Windows OS.
  • A customer-first approach with top-notch communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, adapt quickly, and work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
