Squarespace is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the Frontsite Partnerships team. We are searching for an experienced Frontend engineer who keeps up with the latest techniques in web design and development, with a passion for identifying and handling impactful projects. You'll Get To...
- Create and improve our impactful websites, including squarespace.com
- Lead a team of 2 engineers
- Develop new projects with our strategy and creative teams, helping people learn about Squarespace
- Build new prototypes to push the boundaries of our developer platform
- Improve site design and performance across a variety of modern devices
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industry experience
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong development skills using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong working knowledge of responsive web design and cross-platform compatible coding techniques
- Experience using data to form and validate strategic hypothesis
- Comfortable with rapid experimentation and iteration

Cash Compensation Range: $128,500 - $231,500 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
