Description:

Sprinklr is looking for a motivated, self-starter, and solutions-driven professional to join our IT Business Apps & Systems team to help support and participate in the administration of our various financial systems. Prospective candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in SaaS finance related system administration, preferably including NetSuite, or Finance related experience with a desire to transition into systems support role/function.

Location: This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • System Administration, Configuration, and Customization: Assist with day-to-day administration and maintenance of SaaS systems, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations. Assist with the configuration and customization of financial systems to align with business processes, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.
  • Testing: Execute and document system testing activities.
  • Operations: Oversee ticket queues and assignments. Action operational tickets. Assist with project management and quarterly SOX/ITGC audit activities.
  • End-User Support: Provide troubleshooting support and assist with resolution of system-related issues.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and productivity through system improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize business processes using automations.
  • Integration and Data Management: Support integrations between financial systems and other business applications. Monitor data quality and integrity, conducting regular audits and implementing data cleanup processes as necessary.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies, controls, and best practices related to system access, data privacy, and system usage.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, procedures, and system configurations. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and key metrics.

About You:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience administering or end-user experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
  • Experience with one or more of the following SaaS systems highly desirable: Adaptive, ADP, Concur, Workato, Workday, ZIP
  • Experience with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
  • Understanding of/familiarity with Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module in NetSuite a plus.


  • Familiarity with ITGC (IT General Controls) and SOX environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to proactively problem solve.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Willing, positive attitude.

Compensation Range
$100,000 - $133,000 - $166,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees' health, well-being, and financial protection.
