Job Description
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Sprinklr's marketing goals
- Write and edit blog posts, white papers, case studies and social media content that engage our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly .
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into your content strategy

What Makes You Qualified
- 2-4 years of experience in writing or content development, preferably in a B2B, SaaS or technology company
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content .
- Journalism degree is Good to have.
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content
- Experience with managing social media accounts and content management systems
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism/communications, English or related field
