Supervisor, Supply Chain

Are you a proactive leader? Are you able to effectively manage your time and juggling multiple things? Are you knowledgeable of the functions of a warehouse? If so, you might be a great fit for our Supply Chain Supervisor role, a part of Spectrum's Field Operations business unit.

Our mission is to integrate the highest quality service with clearly superior entertainment and communications products that consistently exceed the expectations of our growing customer base. Supply Chain Supervisors are the main point of contact for the warehouse and are responsible for maintaining our company standards and ensuring that the warehouse follows company procedures.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be implementing changes in a space that is constantly evolving. You will serve as an influential people manager in a warehouse environment, managing timecards and time off requests, coordinating daily tasks, assisting with your team's development, and helping them maintain a safe and clean working environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent or related work experience
  • Experience: Warehouse experience, experience in a leadership/supervisor role
  • Technical Skills: MS Office, ERP system understanding
  • Skills: Time management, leadership, customer service, A valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift experience and/or certification
