Supervisor, Construction Support & Compliance

As a CSC Supervisor, your focus is supervising, coaching, and developing a team of CSC Specialists. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

• Overseeing activities of Construction Support and Compliance staff
• Collaborating with other departments to enforce policies and procedures
• Developing and implementing new processes and tools
• Creating then managing action plans to improve performance

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Operations: 3 years, Billing platform (CSG, ICOMS, etc.): 3 years, Sales or relationship-management: 2 years, Financial, accounting, or data analysis: 1 year, Project management: 1 year
• Education: College work in Business, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Aptitude to grasp new concepts and drive continuous operational improvements with the ability to translate data conclusions clearly
• Skills: Communication, collaboration, prioritization, organization, supervisory, multitasking, and problem solving
• Knowledge of: Sales and CRM tools (SalesForce, Siebel), billing systems, and other related software (e.g., CSG, Oracle, Synchronoss, Neustar, GIS, etc.)
