HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Consistently facilitate order movement through the workflow within predefined timelines.
- Conduct detailed property research to obtain property information and prepare orders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners in the right of entry process to resolve escalations and expedite orders.
- Maximize the department by managing order volume and small projects.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: One year of telecommunications industry experience; Four years of experience in finance, business operations or commercial real estate.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Experience with right of entry contracts, certificate of insurance and counter signatures; Knowledge of our cable and fiber network infrastructure, products and services; Familiar with the standard service delivery workflow, processes and procedures; Proficient in client databases and Microsoft Office. - Skills: Organizational, prioritization, planning and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret construction drawings and use satellite earth imaging applications to survey sites.
