CO Salary Range: USD 110,660.00 - 196,460.00 per year

WHAT OUR SENIOR MANAGER, ENGINEERING ENJOYS THE MOSTS
- Manage engineering staff in design, implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of product delivery platforms
- Provide overall direction for engineering support regarding new and existing technologies and operating standards
- Consult with managers on technical operations, strategic planning, network operations, and new product development
- Ensure compliance with company engineering standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain good relations with local utilities, vendors, contractors, and government agencies
- Guide capital budget process to ensure cost-effective, timely, and on-budget project completion
- Provide quality assurance support for new/existing technologies and TQA standards.
- Develop a front-line leadership team and assist in their development to drive a high-performance culture

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- 3+ years Project Management work experience
- 3+ years of related leadership experience
- 7+ years of Engineering HFC and Networking experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E)
- Skills:
- Proficient in knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of networking hardware development processes.
- Proficient in knowledge of device testing the following areas: Environmental, Thermal, Compliance, IEC Immunity, Reliability, Power.
- Proficient in knowledge of CPE hardware regulation and compliance standards (IEC, UL, FCC, CP65, IEEE, PFAS, SNE VA).
- Proficient in knowledge of networking hardware (WiFi, ONU, DOCSIS) design fundamentals.
- Proficient in knowledge of power hardware (PSU, PoE, Battery) design fundamentals.
- Proficient in workstream delegation and team utilization skills, ensuring proper resources are assigned to critical concurrent projects.
- Effective presentation and communication skills, and the ability to "sell" ideas to various audiences, technical and non-technical.

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,660.00 and $196,460.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
