You will be a key contributor on a product team building managed service offerings solving critical client problems in the areas of SD-WAN, LAN, WiFi, SASE, Security, and Analytics. You will assist team in meeting portfolio P&L objectives. You serve as an SME and point of contact for product-related questions and documentation. You provide expert guidance and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to resolve issues within an office environment
How you can make a difference:
- Identify client needs through the research of market and competitor information.
- Review product specifications and requirements to make informed recommendations on the nature and scope of product lines.
- Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.
- Evaluate and assess the market to create targeted marketing programs, develop promotions and recommend pricing.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop unique strategies for product lines, enhance marketing efforts and provide guidance on future product enhancements.
- Work with sales teams to client needs and provide expert assistance to help close needle-moving opportunities.
What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of product development or product management experience
- Five+ years of technical product management experience
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Skills:
- Expert in understanding complex, technical concepts and translating them into simplified product attributes; Planning, prioritization and organizational, project management and English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to synthesize recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7+ years of development or management in a specific supported product line.
- Master's degree in a related field.

The base pay for this position generally is between $107,900.00 and $191,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
