You develop detailed evaluations and recommendations and lead projects to enhance our business systems. You work on the most complex projects designing and developing new systems through the configuration of new hardware and software. You present the most accurate and industry-current information to teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

WHAT OUR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENOY MOST

  • Determine opportunities to automate processes, functions and systems through a detailed analysis of our operations.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop cost-effective systems and procedures by consulting with management and end users to determine system needs, specify inputs and format outputs.
  • Validate new system performances through implementation management, testing coordination and system initiation observation.
  • Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between internal teams.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the cost, benefit, efficiency and technical viability of business solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Five or more years of business systems or IT-related experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
  • Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas of opportunity; Effective prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Telecommunications.
  • Skills: Prior experience fielding issues, trouble shooting, and problem solving.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Salesforce, ICOMS and CSG Billing Systems.
  • Abilities: Advanced communication skills (verbally and in writing), including the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
