As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide essential support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates across all stages of the recruiting process. This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and candidate-friendly hiring experience.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Schedule interviews and help manage requisition workflows
- Create, assign and routes requisitions for approval
- Serve as a back-up to Recruiters for processing and administering of hiring documents
- Monitor candidates through background and onboarding to ensure timely completion
- Facilitate travel requests, accommodations & reimbursements for candidates
- Monitor candidate and requisition workflows to ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and applicable laws
- Provide ad hoc reporting and support for special projects
- Audit requisitions to ensure EEO and OFCCP compliance; perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma
Experience
- 2+ years experience providing recruiting, human resources, or administrative support
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and independence in daily task
- Can maintain/manage confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and multitasking in fast-paced settings
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or related work
Experience
- Prior applicant tracking system (ATS) experience
