Purchasing Coordinator

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
Assists with all aspects of the purchasing process. Reconcile purchase orders to invoices and works to solve discrepancies while maintaining adherence to budget.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Manage purchase orders through all stages
• Develop and maintain productive relationships in the supplier community including minority vendors and diversity programs to enhance Charter's reputation in the communities served
• Reconciles invoice and shipment discrepancies, and communicate results on issue resolution
• Assists with capital budget preparation ensures adherence to budget and other reports as required
• Purchase and negotiate local maintenance agreements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience in purchasing or general accounting - 1-2
