CO Salary Range: USD 98,780.00 - 175,340.00 per year

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that elevate customer experiences? Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Data Insights to lead the front-end reporting for our customer experience metrics platform. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with product leadership to define key metrics, enable real-time health monitoring of customer-facing products, and oversee the creation of automated reports and dashboards. You will empower product teams to make informed decisions and deliver innovative business solutions driven by data.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Responsible for the definition and delivery of product usage reporting including metrics definition, data visualizations, and ETL requirements
- Oversee the creation of automated, customer-readable reports using tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Excel
- Partner with Information Technology and Business Intelligence organizations to obtain and ingest new reference data sources required for Product usage reports
- Partner with the User Experience & Design organization to ensure reports and dashboards are usable, elegant, and industry leading
- Work with the technical and leadership team to ensure that all individual projects are appropriately supported and fully completed on time
- Ensure proper software development life cycle is leveraged for all projects
- Motivate resources through communication and awareness of project needs and business impacts
- Develop effective partnerships with corporate functional groups (Software Engineering, Operations, Care, IT, Product, etc.)

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing products/services environment
- 5+ years of experience working within a data platform/data analysis environment
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects
- Experience leading teams of data analysts and data scientists
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to balance conflicting resource demands and internal pressures with focus towards our business priorities, prioritize and organize effectively, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure and manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to supervise and motivate others; develop, communicate and implement strategies and tactics and communicate complex technical concepts to all levels of an organization to aid in decision-making
- Demonstrated in-depth ability to analyze, interpret and present data
- Demonstrated in-depth skills with SQL
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of design and implementation practices in Tableau desktop and server, advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of Agile Development Methodologies
- Demonstrated in-depth business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business results
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and diverse projects, manage development within a variety of technology stacks, deliver high quality software
- Demonstrated knowledge of development strategies, project management and business and technical consultancy
- Ability to adapt, learn and continue to expand in Cable and IP product and system knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage peer groups to achieve team objectives
- Demonstrated in-depth identification and resolution techniques
- Effective presentation tool skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint Effective communication skills, verbal and written, for internal and external customers a must

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,780.00 and $175,340.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
