- Define and launch high-quality product development processes from ideation through final reporting
- Operate in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders guiding several launches simultaneously
- Use industry best practices for product development processes specific to telecommunications to translate the appropriate steps for a unique market position
- Translate process goals into specific sub-processes with the necessary documentation
- Develop a communication plan to inform stakeholders and process participants
- Guide product strategies depending on new services or features to drive financial results and work with teams and stakeholders to implement strategies
- Lead content and product launches and product enhancements.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of product development management and process experience
- 3+ years of telecommunications experience
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, process optimization or a related field
- Skills
- Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Analytical, cognitive, office management, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience in product management or product development in the telecommunications industry
- Education:
- Master's degree in business administration
