Lead Recruiter - Ad Sales

Position Summary:
The Lead Recruiter, Spectrum Reach, is responsible for full life cycle Sales recruiting in a fast paced, dynamic environment, supporting the Advertising Sales division of Spectrum / Charter Communications.

Essential Job Functions:
Designs, executes, and supports recruitment strategies for job openings up to and including the Sr. Director level for assigned Spectrum reach; primary internal clients are Director-GVP level.
- Consults on, influences for and drives best hiring practices and outcomes with internal clients.
- Collaborates in a matrixed organization at multiple levels and handles multiple relationships, processes and outcomes.
- Takes full ownership for recruiting life cycle (kickoff, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, etc.)
- Viewed as a subject matter expert for their functional domain expertise.
- Lead best practices, tactics & projects for team members in their same function.
- Develops proactive recruitment strategies for pipeline building to present to executive level clients.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience and promotes Spectrum Reach employment brand.
- Roles filled may be a variety of levels, function and complexity across functions, departments and business groups as needed to positively impact the recruitment process.
- Ensures adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and other government regulations.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in client relationship management and advocacy.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years professional recruiting experience with 3+ years focused on Account Executive Sales roles, ideally with Media Advertising Sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in full lifecycle recruitment model.
- Creating unique and effective search strategies.
- Managing multiple unique searches simultaneously.
- Leading and managing complex search projects.
- Communicating complex compensation packages and translating into offers.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external audiences.
- Prioritizing multiple tasks by importance or impact to the company.
- Advocating to clients in order to create a positive candidate experience.
- Dealing with complex customers and managing through difficult interactions.
