We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical data analyst to join our Market Analysis team, this role will focus on supporting Master Data management initiatives and delivering key data and reporting solutions to meet evolving business needs. The analyst will play a critical part in ensuring data integrity, analyzing market and business trends and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making. You manage specific data and reporting that assists management in achieving goals. You collaborate with teams in-person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Conduct complex data analysis and detailed reporting for multiple projects to determine operational impact, trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to algin on data governance, standards and best practices.
- Participate in projects that require complex data gathering, cleansing, consolidation and reporting across multiple platforms
- Capture, develop and document data definitions, business processes and data quality requirements to guide leadership.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to produce data elements and create forecasts, reports and dashboards.
- Identify and define the requirements for strategic initiatives to improve data quality.
- Perform quality data audits and analyses to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO Spectrum Business
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Two or more years of data analysis and reporting experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Technical skills: Familiar with SQL; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Effective prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment identifying business issues and opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience MDM(Master Data Management) and AWS
- Proficiency in SQL (Redshift), Alteryx, Python
