WHAT OUR DATA ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Conducting data analysis in support of analytic solutions
- Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
- Integrating data from multiple sources to produce required data elements
- Developing, creating, and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
- Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis
On a typical day you'll be responsible for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards to provide insights in determining operational impact, trends, and opportunities. If you prioritize and organize effectively and enjoy analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data, this could be the role for you. You'll continually expand your knowledge and develop skills while growing your career with Spectrum.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 2 years or more
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of SQL; knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.); Tableau; Microsoft SQL Server
- Abilities: Work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment; quickly identify business problems & opportunities; manage multiple projects simultaneously; communicate with all levels of management; analyze and interpret data; document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
