As a Customer Service Credit Services Specialist, your focus is supporting internal and external customers with Credit Services matters utilizing various communication media. You'll work to resolve issues and establish positive relationships with customers. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

• Helping customers resolve their issues
• Being trained by and learning from an experienced supervisor
• Working in the different areas of Credit Services
• Identifying and presenting improvement opportunities

• Experience: Related field: 1 year, Collections or customer service: 2 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 2 years
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronic order entry systems
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
• Schedule: Some travel required

• Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables
• Effective multitasking and decision making in a fast-paced environment
• Skill to present information to technical and nontechnical audiences
