Position Objective
The Coordinator Facility Maintenance V, Coordinates and assists with Facilities activities, routine and preventative maintenance or repair projects, promotes efficient, economical, continuous and safe operation of equipment; coordinates routine projects, and projects assigned by Facilities Manager to assist in production area layouts and all facility related electrical projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform facility related electrical projects following NFPA 70E (Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace) guidelines.
- Able to read electrical schematics and drawings to perform duties.
- Assists personnel with objectives consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Ensure attendance at all mandatory training.
- Makes daily visual inspections for electrical Safety issues, bringing attention to Facilities Manager deficiencies that need to be corrected.
- Complete projects in a timely manner
- Complete Safety and PPE trainings required to perform job.
- Perform electrical and lighting repairs as needed.
- Coordinates and supervises all production related projects with the Facility Manager.
- May work with outside contractors for facility related projects.
- Assists in implementing an effective preventative maintenance program for electrical equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree, or 5-10 years of similar experience
- Journeyman's Certification
