As a Project Manager for the Mobile Home Park Utility Conversion Program (MHP-UCP), you'll manage all project phases, ensuring compliance with CPUC Decision 20-04-004. You'll collaborate with park owners, residents, gas companies, and local officials, coordinating with SCE's Civil and Planning teams to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage one or more moderatly complex projects effectively using project management principles, tools, and techniques under time constraints, shifting priorities, and making critical decisions with minimal supervision
- Responsible for directing project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure for core disciplines of project management (scope, schedule, and budget) independently
- Lead simple to moderately complex projects and deliver on team goals by influencing stakeholders within the department and exercising independent decision making, with consultation from leadership as needed
- Collaborates with peer Project Managers, department/division senior leadership, and other stakeholders departments as a key consultant to provide recommendations to drive projects forward
- Manage planning, development, and/or execution of electric transmission/distribution projects, which may include but is not limited to, wildfire, infrastructure replacement, load growth, poles, line upgrades, maintenance, or installations
- Drive milestones and report on medium to large transmission and/or distribution projects which may include designs, schedules, projects applications, compliance and safety documentation, regulatory filings, and local and state agency coordination
- Performs complex power flow and fault analysis studies to determine system impacts and requirements for transmission lines
- Facilitates the progress of development plans, work packages, testing procedures, and energization sequences
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in project management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading and implementing electrical projects with direct responsibility for the scope, cost, and schedule of the projects. PMP certification a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with tight timelines and various stakeholders with demonstrated proficiency in resource and project planning, decision making, and results delivery.
- Exceptional business analytics and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication with an adaptive style to collaborate effectively with clients, residents, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to organize and proactively prioritize a large volume of projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing construction projects' scope of work within the Utilities Transmission & Distribution business units (Design, Planning, Construction, etc.).
- Familiarity with relevant policies concerning the Mobile Home Park Utility Conversion Program (MHP-UCP) is a plus.

- This position\u2019s work mode is\u00a0hybrid.\u00a0The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and\u00a0reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.\u00a0The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
