Become a Senior Agile Project Manager \u00a0 at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you\u2019ll join SCE\u2019s Digital & Business Transformation team within the Information Technology department and help drive innovation. You will spearhead new Artificial Intelligence (AI) product development across multiple agile teams, fostering disruptive innovation through user-centered design and advanced technologies. You will quickly assess team dynamics and guide them from inception to deployment, establishing goals and strategic plans to drive success. Working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, Business Customers, and IT Stakeholders, you will help navigate undefined processes, influence agile transformation, and seamlessly adapt within a fast-paced environment. Thriving in ambiguity, you will embrace flexibility while taking on challenges head-on, including stepping into Product Owner/Manager roles or other agile leadership positions as needed.

Responsibilities
- Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes
- Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization
- Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results
- Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues
- Directs complex Agile release train planning, synchronization, and delivery across products and portfolios
- Oversees data and platform migrations between legacy and next-gen systems with minimal business disruption
- Facilitates the design and integration of robust continuous improvement/development (CI/CD) pipelines for enterprise-scale test automation and rapid release cycles
- Leads large-scale Agile teams through full software development lifecycles from inception to deprecation
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience managing activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
- Experience with IT Program Management or large enterprise projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Experience managing and de-risking timelines, milestones, deliverables and budgets
- Five or more years of experience in technical/ engineering and/or business- related role
- Five or more years of experience performing as a Scrum Master in a waterfall and/or agile environment
- Experience leading multiple product/project teams in Mobile, AI/ML, or emerging technologies like Smart Wearables
- Experience interacting regularly with senior management
- Established project/product objectives with product manager
- Scrum master and/or PMP certification
- Hands-on experience with agile technologies and tools \u2013 Jira/Rally/HP ALM Octane/Confluence/Aha/DevOps
- Experience applying Design-thinking principles
- Experience developing business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization

Additional Information \u00a0
- This position\u2019s work mode is\u00a0hybrid.\u00a0The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
