In this job, you\u2019ll be responsible for leading cross-functional projects across multiple subject areasinvolving cross-functional teams. This position supports SCE\u2019s world-class Advanced Energy Solutions (AES) portfolios, programs, products, and services including IQP.\u00a0

You will develop robust compliance plans, guide IQP implementation plan development, and lead the creationand drafting of annual reports, CPUC advice letters, Applications, and regulatory filings associated with SCE\u2019sAES's portfolio. You will lead cross-organizational projects in coordination with internal organizations such asCustomer Programs & Services (CP&S), Strategy & Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Ethics & Compliance aswell as external organizations such as the CPUC, PG&E, SDG&E, SoCal Gas, and other industry partners. You will serve as SCE\u2019s trusted point of contact regarding IQP regulatory compliance and will be empoweredto make decisions and provide direction on regulatory compliance initiatives and issues that have a significantimpact on CP&S and SCE.\u00a0

• Develops business requirements, performs gap analysis, and identifies strategies for controls and risk mitigation
• Facilitates training and ensuring the effective remediation of potential non-compliant situations
• Supports legislative strategy and legislative language development to advance or defend company positions
• Conducts audit reviews to ensure that the company stays compliant with the policies and standards enforced by relevant agencies
• Identifies significant regulatory challenges and commercial opportunities, for the current and future regulatory environments
• Advises and counsels on new consumer products and product structures and compliance with changing regulatory rules and varying political environment
• Oversees and implements the organization's compliance reporting activities
• Leads regulatory report submission for the company
• Provides guidance to cross-functional organizations on considering preventative measures on corrective action responses
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

• Ten or more years of experience with regulatory filings/proceedings and compliance standards.

• Bachelor\u2019s Degree or higher in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Finance, or other related field.
• Five or more years of experience using project management principles.
• Three or more years of experience performing and developing work products directly associated with ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in a utility industry.
• Two or more years of experience reading, synthesizing and writing regulatory-related documents.
• Experience with customer programs.
• Project Management certification.
• Certification in a compliance-related field, such as Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, etc.

• This position\u2019s work mode is\u00a0hybrid.\u00a0The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and\u00a0reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.\u00a0The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
