We are searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and deployment of our Smart Answering product. This unique voice AI product supports the needs of customers ranging from small self-serve businesses to large enterprises, and is expanding its customer base rapidly. This role requires a solid professional background that allows you to engage meaningfully with our development team working on voice, web and generative AI technologies. Leadership, strong project management, and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds are essential.

  • Lead and coordinate the various contributing teams to deliver Smart Answering business growth and expansion
  • Drive iterative releases using tools such as Jira, Confluence and Google Workplace for efficient management and monitoring
  • Coordinate dependencies among SA product, engineering and marketing teams, and with the broader infrastructure, infosec and legal teams
  • Develop detailed project documentation, oversee project scope, schedule, and deployment.
  • Address and mitigate project risks, spearheading problem resolution to ensure project success.
  • Foster a collaborative international work environment, respecting and integrating diverse cultural perspectives in project planning and execution.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience leading product, project or program teams
  • You have demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, managing complex programs in a dynamic environment.
  • You have lead program teams within high-tech companies to deliver business outcomes.
  • You are comfortable presenting regularly to senior executives on program status.
  • You have managed programs involving technologies such as voice, natural language and generative AI.
  • You have worked successfully in leading products or programs that support high scale in terms of end user traffic, and understand the issues therein.

This role is available throughout the United States except for the following 17 states: AL, AK, DE, IA, KS, ME, MS, MO, NH, ND, RI, SC, SD, VT, WV, WI, and WY. Employees within a 60-mile radius of our Santa Clara, CA office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled, company-wide “core days” each month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration. Aside from these core days, this job allows for virtual/remote, hybrid, and in-office workplace setting options. The salary range for this position is $125-160K per annum plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and years of experience.
