THE ROLE

To provide PA support to Henry Howard-Sneyd (Chairman, Asian Art, Europe and Americas) and Edward Gibbs (Chairman, Middle East & India)

RESPONSIBLITIES 

PA responsibilities:

  • Organise/ book extensive overseas travel arrangements and then manage T&E claims
  • General office duties like maintaining files
  • VIP client support on the telephone, in person or over e-mail including helping oversee complicated arrangements for certain designated clients
  • Organising boardroom lunches and other client entertainment.
  • Outlook Diary Management and assistance in planning and preparation of meetings
  • Effectively co-ordinating messages and tasks while Henry Howard-Sneyd and
    Edward Gibbs are travelling
  • Confident and efficient handling of client information working alongside Client Development contacts to ensure data is correct and up-to-date for clients of the Chinese WOA, Japanese, MENA and the Middle East and India Departments
  • Maintaining pre-sale interest lists of EG’s clients
  • Setting up, managing and in some cases minuting EG’s internal and external meetings

 

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Computer literate (excellent knowledge of Word and Excel is essential)
  • Possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Be reliable and capable of working well as part of a busy, highly pressurised team
  • Be well-organised, with a good eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Be committed to lending support in the departments on a day-to-day basis
  • Be enthusiastic with a flexible approach and the ability to think on your feet
  • Valuation system to build valuations by entering and managing outputs for HHS and EG as requested
