Job Summary
This position works in the wellhead shop and is responsible for performing high quality shop work, field service, and to respond to customer needs. In this position the associate handles small to large amounts of inventory. This position requires continuous manual labor and the ability to lift heavy objects, up to 100 pounds.
Job Responsibilities
- Must be able to service wellheads both in the shop and in the field.
- Must be able to rebuild valves both in the shop and in the field.
- Will perform torch cut-offs.
- Perform shop maintenance including but not limited to shop clean up.
- Self-direct work flow on a regular basis with a limited amount of supervision.
- Communicate on a daily basis with customers and team members.
- Must wear steel toed boots for 8 - 12 hours shifts.
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to negotiate through rough terrain.
- Must be able to negotiate ladders.
- Occasional delivery/pickup of goods to/from the field.
