2nd Shift Warehouse Lead

$23.24/hr starting rate (or higher based on experience)

Schedule: 11:00am - 7:30pm Monday thru Friday

Addison, IL

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Direct the warehouse activities including picking, packing, and loading of customer orders and transfers. Monitor and verify the accuracy of outbound shipments by checking items and quantities against picking documents.
  • Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled, packaged, loaded, and delivered correctly and on schedule. Monitor to ensure that security procedures are being followed.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping. Share information concerning best practices, procedures, and policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Assist in training and development of associates. Monitor attendance, hours worked and job performance.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year warehouse experience.
  • Ablity to provide work direction and process training
  • Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Attention to detail and able to manage time effectively for the warehouse team
