The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a  Specialty Provider Market Account Executive  you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world in the healthcare IT industry. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a territory which consists of Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Emergency Hospitals, and Physician Practices in the Central part of the United States
  • Managing upsell opportunities to existing clients in your territory, as well as identifying net new prospective clients and onboarding new business 
  •  Daily interaction with clients, specifically C-level Executives, Physicians, Practice Administrators, etc.
  • Identifying and understanding your established and prospective client’s ongoing short- and long-term initiatives, success metrics, issues and needs
  • Achieving annual sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory
  • Establishing rapport with internal company resources (account managers, operations personnel, product management, support staff, etc.) and working collaboratively with company resources to meet client needs and accomplish company goals

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of three (3) years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience selling and delivering complex technology solutions across multiple departments in Non-Acute Hospitals and Physician Practices 
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Previously held direct sales roles with well-regarded information technology solutions, services or software within the healthcare information technology sector.
  • Proficiency in the following applications
    • Microsoft Office 360 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Salesforce.com
    • Sharepoint
    • Workday
    • Concur
    • JIRA
    • Okta
  • Proven ability to position value / benefits with “C level” decision makers and/or Physician Practice  leadership
  • The ability to initiate and develop successful selling strategies, to fully negotiate contracts, and to close profitable business within the expected Solventum HIS business unit margins
  • Ability to be highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience selling in a team environment
  • Demonstrable sales success in meeting or exceeding quotas.

Work location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic within Central Territory

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $168,092 - $205,445, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
