The Role… 

As UK Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for providing professional pro-active and confidential support on a day-to-day basis to the Managing Director, UK & Europe and their surrounding team. This will require you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, becoming a key member of the UK senior operations team.

In this role, organisational skills are a must. You will be managing high level diaries, preparing for company meetings, taking minutes, inbox management, travel arrangements and more. The UK Operations Coordinator will possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills being able to work with a range of stakeholders and the wider business.

Main Responsibilities...

·         Maintain schedule for Managing Director UK & Europe.

·         Arrange internal and external meetings locally & globally. Preparing and issuing documents for attendees and taking minutes.

·         Support with all written communication.

·         Organise off-site meetings with the wider team who report to the Managing Director UK & Europe.

·         Support with any projects as and when directed, ensuring clear planning and communication with all stakeholders and that all deliverables are met on time.

·         Arrange travel for the operations team ensuring within budget.

·         Support with the development and implementation/rollout of any operational initiatives.

·         Monitor weekly reports and cascade as required (WSR, Chilli reports, KPI).

·         Organise quarterly General Manager meetings and prepare presentations -

·         Lead the coordination between operations and communications teams to streamline the creation and distribution of newsletters and push notifications, driving member engagement and enhancing communication effectiveness.

·         Support L&D team with maintaining effective communication and relationship with ServiceScan (mystery guest partner) to ensure accurate feedback, support operational improvements, and enhance customer experience insights.

·         Support the UK Executive Chef with any food & beverage projects, creation of SOPs and communicating any menu changes.

·         Support Regional Director London Clubs & Head of Operations Public Restaurants with any projects as and when requested.
